1.Can i print more than one pet on one picture?
Yes of course, the important thing is that the pets are all in the same photo from which we take inspiration to work.

2.Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email. Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.

3.Do you draw all kinds of pets?
We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!


Photo upload guide

Follow the tips below when taking your pet's photo! If you aren't able to follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated team who check all orders and photos as they come in.

If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within some hours of receiving your order, and help you choose a more suitable one!

• Close up photos work best!

• Take your photo at eye level with your pet.

• Take your photo in natural daylight and don't use flash.

• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur.

• Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.

Estimate Time Of Arrival Includes Production Time + Delivery Time

1 - Production Time (2 to 5 days): After we receive your order, we shift into production mode. During busy seasons, the process typically takes 1-2 days longer. Please understand.

2 - Shipping Time (7-10 Days or Faster): Want to get your item faster? Select the 'VIP Service' option after adding your product to the cart for the fastest shipping method we can provide. There are also different shipping options available at checkout.

  • The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
  • International orders: It may take 2-5 days longer due to the customs clearance process.
